  • GET — Retrieve all Knowledge Base items

  • GET — Get FAQ by ID

  • POST — Create FAQ

  • PATCH — Update FAQ

  • DELETE — Delete FAQ

Document Endpoints

  • GET — Get Document by ID

  • POST — Create Document

  • DELETE — Delete Document
