This week’s release introduces scheduled data exports and new admin capabilities for the AI Org Assistant, helping teams manage operations faster with less manual work.
You can now schedule recurring data exports directly from the Data Exports modal in the Analytics section.

Set exports to run daily, weekly, or monthly, choose the timezone and recipients, and automatically receive exports without manually generating them each time.
The Org Assistant can now help admins manage workspace settings directly through conversation. They can now:
→ Invite team members, edit details, and assign roles
→ Create, update, and delete labels for chats and tickets
→ List, create, and delete custom properties
→ Create, update, and delete quick reply shortcuts
→ View and update AI agent system instructions through a strict double-confirmation flow for added control and safety
