Periskope Hosted MCP is now available, making it easier to connect AI assistants with your WhatsApp workflows. This release also includes a small API improvement for teams working with multiple numbers.

Periskope Hosted MCP lets you connect AI assistants like Claude, GPT, and other MCP-compatible assistants directly with your WhatsApp workflows, without managing local setup.

Once connected, assistants can access tools to:

• Search chats, messages, and contacts

• Send messages and interact with conversations

• Create and manage groups

• Create, update, and manage tasks

• Update contacts and labels

• Access your knowledge base, FAQs, and documents

• Trigger actions directly from natural language prompts and more

✅ Query data across all organization phones

The phone parameter and x-phone header are now optional on supported read endpoints.

When omitted, requests can return data across all organization phones instead of being scoped to a single phone, making it easier to work with multi-number setups while still allowing you to narrow results to a specific phone when needed.

Supported endpoints include chats, messages, notifications, notes, and reactions.
