Ability to open chat in new tab with cmmd/ctrl + click

Whenever I filter the chats in chat list, I often want to check what’s there in the chat, but when I click on it, it opens the chat. This restricts me from opening multiple chats at the same time, so if there was a way I could just open the chat link in new tab, that would ease this.
