Adding Filters like Needs reply and Awaiting Reply

I am using another tool that makes it very easy for me to find which are the chats that have my texts as the last one (categorised as awaiting reply), and then which are the chats that have the last message by anyone other than me (categorised as needs reply).

If we can add these filters and on selecting them, also give the checklist to choose the org phone/s that should be considered for this condition, that’ll be exceptionally helpful.

1. Currently, I have no way to understand which of my clients are not active. If I use last active, it qualifies even those groups where the last message was by me. So me following up every month but client being MIA, wouldn’t get addressed with this filter. I need to find the chats where the last phone is not by me, and/or my other phones that are added.

2. If this feature is built without the checklist to choose org phone/s, then the filtered data may not be accurate at times for that particular team member who’s added with his number on Periskope and wants to look at only those groups that were not replied to by him, or await reply by him.
