I chose the date range of last 7 days yesterday and created a filter to address queries if my clients. This morning for quite some time, I thought my chats are complete cleared because I couldn’t see anything. Only on investigating, I realised that end time of my last active was set till yesterday in the filter. If we have an option like last 7 days, etc that dynamically updates it, would be very helpful.
