AI Flagging Customisation

I was editing the prompt of the AI flagging logic and after discussion with your team, realised that we can’t stop AI flagging based on certain chat conditions, like flags not getting created for a chat with a certain label.

One usecase:
There are some personal chats that we have which gets messages flagged, and we don’t respond to that which affects the overall flagged response metric. There are also certain groups that we have where we don’t have clients, so there too, we don’t want the flag logic to work. The messages in such chats shouldn’t get flagged.
