Alert for Unflagged Messages

Currently, your system only supports alerts for messages that have already been flagged but not responded to by an agent. I believe the chance of missing those messages is quite low.

What I actually need is the ability to set alerts for incoming messages that haven’t been flagged yet — for example, triggering an alert if an agent hasn’t replied within 5 minutes.
