Alert for Unflagged Messages

Feature Request

Currently, your system only supports alerts for messages that have already been flagged but not responded to by an agent. I believe the chance of missing those messages is quite low.

What I actually need is the ability to set alerts for incoming messages that haven’t been flagged yet — for example, triggering an alert if an agent hasn’t replied within 5 minutes.

    Hi, this is Hansal from Periskope Support.
    You can actually create this alert via automation rules. You can check for new messages received as the trigger, and check if the message is latest in the chat and check the condition after 5 mins.
