Allowing Quick Reaction to a message
Currently to react to a message, agents have to right click and then seach for the emoji and select it.
But in Normal whatsapp (not periskope) there’s already a quick react button as attached. If we could replicate this on periskope, would be great too.

Hi Team, we discussed this internally with our engineering team. Given the current scope and priorities, this has taken a back seat for now. We’ll definitely keep it in mind when we revisit this down the line
