Assign chat to Available Team Members

If a chat is already assigned to a team member; however, the team member is currently offline, we need to re-assign the chat to an available team member.

Condition on the round robin assignment should then include:
Variable - Chat Assignee
Condition - is away or offline
Assign chat - select more the list of team members available.
