Auto-Assign System Enhancement

I would like to request a feature enhancement for the auto-assign system. Currently, the auto-assign feature does not detect the online or offline status of agents, so inquiries are still being assigned to all agents, whether they are online or offline.

We propose enhancing the system to detect the agent status, ensuring that inquiries are only assigned to agents who are online. This will improve efficiency and reduce the load on agents who are offline. Thank you
