Chat name in a separate field in Zoho desk tickets

Currently the chat name is updated in the zoho desk ticket subject when the first ticket gets created. This gets erased when another message is attached to the same ticket. It would be great if the chat name got updated in a custom field - similar to chat id / message id / etc.
