customized delay option in broadcasts

please add the option to set a custom delay in broadcasts

as well if possible to set the send times (hours and days including timezone)

as well the option to randomize the sending wait time (meaning that the delay won’t be fixed every few seconds but random with min and max sec to help avoid getting blocked)
