As a user, i’d love to chat directly with my leads when i open salesforce

Yes currently we have an iFrame, but i have to find their number and chat that way, its find number, copy number, paste number, open chat - its like 5 clicks,

i want a native integration where i can whatsapp message the lead directly from salesforce
