Export Analytics

I’d like to have a way to export the analytics data into a .csv file (or send directly to a database) specifically:
# Chats Assigned, # messages sent, # responses (to flagged messages), Avg response time by user. I'm also interested in the metrics available on the Chat Metrics tab daily including most active chats and total messages sent to all chats daily and overall response times.
