Full Support for WhatsApp Communities (Admin Promotion + Community Management)

Currently, Periskope doesn’t fully support WhatsApp Communities. We’re able to add members to the announcement group, but promoting members to admin fails, since WhatsApp requires admin promotion from the parent community level which is not currently possible.

It would be helpful if Periskope could support community-level actions like promoting admins and managing announcement groups within WhatsApp Communities.
