Hover over message in the chat list to read the message

When I hover over a message in the chat list on Whatsapp web, it reveals the message without me opening the chat. This a lot of times helps me resolve issues before I open a chat. Something I use all the time on normal whatsapp web. Would be helpful if this is added to Periskope as well.
