In Team Analytics, can we also have no. of flagged messages

Feature Request

Currently, we only see no. of messages and no. of flagged messages. This creates slight confusion. If we can add total no. of flagged messages, then we can see the ratio between no. of messages sent vs the ones flagged vs the flagged ones that were responded to. Here, note that the flagged messages should count all messages that were flagged within that date range (including the ones that were responded to, as well).

    Hi Maaz,
    Thanks for your suggestion here. If you want to see the total number of flagged messages, they are available in the message metrics. You can track the total number of flagged messages there. Additionally, in the team analytics section, you can see the number of responded messages.

      Yes, that I am aware of. But I still feel if that’s added here as well, it just becomes easier to find a ratio between the different columns.
