in the current zoho desk integration there is only an option of create ticket automatically --- can we have more options like passing certain variables to the zoho desk tickets or closure of the ticket on desk if closed on periskope
Hi @CA Rishika Jain , This is already live on Periskope. You can create ticket custom properties which will pass to Zohodesk from Periskope, and closing a ticket on Zohodesk should close the ticket on Periskope.
