Need filter for select specific chat IDs for receiving specific webhook events

Hi. Currently the webhook sync to google sheet results in massive amounts of webhooks for any event. We want webhooks for conditions like specific chat IDs only. This is blocking our automation of getting feedback on automated messages sent to certain groups.
