Need snooze option for tickets

Use case: Certain tickets can only be resolved after a few days due to external dependencies. This is a very common problem. But we cannot close the ticket because the work is incomplete. So we need an option to snooze the ticket for a few days. The ticket should reactivate when the activation date comes. Without this option, all tickets remain in active stage although no work can be done on them. This distorts ticket closing reports, daily pending task reports and increases complexity due to large number of tickets being open
