Need Time Filter for Last Active

Use Case: I have close to 1000 groups active at any time. If I am occupied for 15 mins in closing a ticket, I get 25-30 new messages in the meantime. So I need a filter to see messages upto a certain point of time. Once I have closed all those tickets, I can get to work on new chats.
