Provision to restrict new chat initiate from periskope

Feature Request

Because of multiple users connecting with unknown users whatsapp bots triggers restrictions most of the time considering its spamming behavior but because of this the no. Gets restricted, better in this scenario we can restrict / disable the new chat button from backend to users so that periskope will be used only to support incoming chats and whatsapp groups

Hi @anandgujarathi11 we have now added the feature to restrict members to create chats or groups. You can find it in settings > permissions > create chats.
    Thank you!!
