Re-arrange Order of Custom Properties

Feature Request

For the series of custom properties created, the order will currently remain the same as the order in which they were created. We cannot rearrange or change the order in the post. This will be helpful for filling out and structuring the data, not only in the Periskope app but also when exporting tickets.
