reminder in periskope for task and ticket reminder time.

currently we get an email when we set remind on so and so time and date.

it would be great if we can have a whatsapp message or a notification that this is due to be done with a snooze button.

perticularly important for things that happen at a perticular time like tatkal tickets because if executed with delay causes loss.
