Reports by Contact Purpose and Reasons

The tool currently does not allow us to access data categorized by contact reason and support purpose. As a result, it is difficult to quickly find this important information, requiring us to export the database and manually review and organize the data.

Since this information is essential, it is crucial that it be readily available on the Periscope Analytics screen.
