Request for Two-Way Navigation Between Tickets and Chat Messages

Just as we can navigate directly to a specific message via the respective created ticket, we can't do the same vice versa. In other words, we cannot navigate to the corresponding tickets created from the messages in the chat. Enabling this two-way navigation between tickets and messages would make the process much easier.
