I’d like to suggest a retry feature for broadcasts to improve delivery when a message fails from one admin number.
Proposed workflow:
Option 1: For chats that have multiple admins, the system first attempts to send the broadcast from one admin phone number. If the message fails, it automatically retries using another admin phone from the same chat. This continues until the message is delivered or there are no admin numbers left.
Option 2: The broadcast initially sends messages from any available phone to any chat. After the first pass, all failed messages follow the retry logic from Option 1 (retry using other admin numbers in that chat).
Additional suggestions:
• Retries should run only for failed messages
• Show logs of which number attempted the send-which failed and which was success
• Optional toggle to enable/disable retry for a broadcast
This would help improve delivery rates and reduce the need for manual retries.
