Selection of phone number during bulk messages

I have a team of 15 folks who are using this and their their own separate number but when they are sending the bulk messages , Any phone option is selected via default and they end up sending the messages to leads which they are not in touch and leads to spamming.

Via default option should be number where user has the access instead of Any phone
