Setting a filter as a favourite, so every time periskope opens up, that filter loads.

Currently Inbox comes before but if I have the ability to make a custom or default filter as favourite, it makes life much easier.

Atm, if I am on a filter and then serach a chat which may be outside the filter and open that chat, my filter gets removed and I need to filter again. This is the problem statement. I believe the suggestion may solve for this as well as make things easier for other usecases
