Sort tickets based on due date or urgency

Feature Request

On the "Tickets" screen, we would like to be able to sort tickets based on due date or urgency (or any other property for that matter).

Right now I only see sort based on ticket number, but as you can imagine that is not ideal. Thanks in advance.
