Ticket Assigned Timestamp

We would need a new field added to Periskope reports which is Ticket Assigned Timestamp. This is required for one of our processes where tickets are manually assigned to agents. Currently, we are unable to establish SLAs because thereโ€™s no data point indicating when a ticket was picked up or assigned
