Ticket ID Creation Time Zone

Currently, the ticket ID creation time is displayed in UTC, which creates confusion while tracking and reviewing tickets. It would be more helpful if the ticket creation time is shown in IST or automatically adjusted based on the customer account’s time zone.

This change will improve clarity in reporting, ticket tracking, and operational reviews, as teams generally work according to their local time zones.

Request the team to consider enabling time zone–based ticket timestamps for better visibility and accuracy.
