Turn off Auto unflagging at Account level

Feature Request

We would find it useful to have an account level setting that does/doesn’t unflag messages once the chat has been responded to. Some times we are responding to a previous message not the flagged one and want it to stay flagged.

    Hi Team,
    We discussed this internally, but unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with this at the moment.

    As a workaround, you can set up an automation to create tickets for all flagged messages—this will help you track them . Alternatively, you can also export all flagged messages for reference.
