Two way sync of chat ID between Zoho CRM and Periskope

Feature Request

Once a CRM lead / contact is linked to a chat, automatically update the chat ID in the zoho CRM ‘Periskope Chat ID’ field, and vice versa where once the Periskope Chat ID field is updated, automatically link the chat to the lead / contact.

    Hi @Enrichwise Mutual Funds, this is currently possible, if you add the Periskope Org Id and Periskope Chat Id, then it would link to the WhatsApp chat on Periskope.
