Two way sync of chat ID between Zoho CRM and Periskope

Once a CRM lead / contact is linked to a chat, automatically update the chat ID in the zoho CRM ‘Periskope Chat ID’ field, and vice versa where once the Periskope Chat ID field is updated, automatically link the chat to the lead / contact.
