Add a visual indicator in messages to identify whether a ticket is open or closed.
Rules:
Closed ticket (Closed): green color + hover displaying ticket name | status
Open ticket (Open): gray color (current default) + hover displaying ticket name | status
Objective: Enable quick identification of ticket status in high-volume scenarios.
