When mentioned, chat becomes priority

Feature Request

when the number is mentioned in a whatsapp group, it will go to the top of the list

and there is an indicator that the number is being mentioned

because being mentioned means it needs the attention

    Not yet, Winsen. For now, you can set up certain automation rules to create priority tickets when mentioned
