  • We've launched a new Check Contact API that allows you to verify whether a phone number is registered on WhatsApp before sending a message.

  • This helps you avoid failed message attempts and ensure you're only reaching contacts who can actually receive your WhatsApp messages.

  • You can now proactively check system health and identify issues with specific resources (such as APIs, webhooks, analytics, and Automation Rules) before they impact your workflows.

Close chats for an Inbox-Zero experience

Inbox Zero is now live 🔥. You can right-click any chat to close it.

Chats will stay in a closed state, unless a new message is sent or received after it.

Every team member can close a different set of chats for a completely personalized inbox experience (not a shared state across your team)
