Audit Logs for ticket updates

• Detailed list of changes on every ticket is now available on the sidepanel

• Track a list of all changes since the ticket is created

• Additionally, we now capture a first_assigned_at timestamp for improve TAT calculations

Send Vcards to WA

• VCard support is now live. Send multiple contacts to Periskope

• Ability to create a custom Vcard is coming shortly

Force add participants via APIs

• We now have an optional flag in the add participant API to attempt a forced addition of the participant (even if they are not in your contacts)

• IMP: This is considered to be a spammy action and must be used sparingly to avoid bans

Other bugs and improvements

• Archive chat is now moved to an org level (from a user level)

• Full search is now enabled in Kanban view

• Added parent_community_id in chats exports to identify groups that are nested within a community

• Improved the member presence experience. Team members are now online when active on Periskope (green), else designated as away (yellow). Team can also choose to mark themselves offline (gray). When marked offline, you can ignore them from round-robin assignment of tickets and chats
