This week’s update introduces a new AI Analytics page, complete chat-level audit logs, and more flexible export capabilities, along with improvements across search, Org Assistant, and ticket APIs.

You now have a dedicated analytics page inside the AI section to track how your AI is performing. Go to AI → Analytics to:
Track how AI is responding across conversations
Monitor usage and activity at a system level
Analyze how AI interactions are distributed across chats
You can now see a complete history of everything that happened in a chat.
Open any chat and go to the Audit Logs tab in the side panel to view a timestamped record of actions like assignments, label changes, and status updates.
Analytics exports now support grouping and filtering chats using the last message timestamp as a sort criterion.
Go to Analytics → Data Exports to group and filter chats based on the last message timestamp, use the new export type options, and schedule exports using the updated scheduling card UI.
Universal Search now shows the latest message preview for each chat, making it faster to identify the right conversation
Org Assistant UI has been refactored with a cleaner layout and improved interaction flow across the drawer and sidebar
Ticket Management APIs have been extended with richer update capabilities and new type definitions, with the API client updated accordingly

This week’s release adds more AI-powered ticket and automation capabilities, along with a new way to connect your phone to Periskope.
The Org Assistant and Chat Assistant can now fetch ticket details directly within conversations.
You can request ticket information, such as custom properties and other ticket-related details, without manually opening and checking tickets.
Your AI Agent can now update ticket labels directly through prompts. This makes it easier to automatically organize, route, and manage tickets as conversations happen.
The Org Assistant can now help you create and manage automation rules.

You can describe what you want to automate in plain language, create new rules, manage existing ones, or even ask the assistant to explain how a workflow works. This makes it much easier to set up and manage automations without going through complex settings.

You can now connect your phones using a pairing code in addition to QR-based pairing. This gives teams another quick and reliable way to connect devices.

This week’s release introduces scheduled data exports and new admin capabilities for the AI Org Assistant, helping teams manage operations faster with less manual work.
You can now schedule recurring data exports directly from the Data Exports modal in the Analytics section.

Set exports to run daily, weekly, or monthly, choose the timezone and recipients, and automatically receive exports without manually generating them each time.
The Org Assistant can now help admins manage workspace settings directly through conversation. They can now:
→ Invite team members, edit details, and assign roles
→ Create, update, and delete labels for chats and tickets
→ List, create, and delete custom properties
→ Create, update, and delete quick reply shortcuts
→ View and update AI agent system instructions through a strict double-confirmation flow for added control and safety

This update focuses on improving reliability across translations, exports, universal search, and Google Sheets.

The translate button now works correctly across conversations, making translations more reliable during day-to-day usage.

Google Sheets workflows are now more stable with improved error handling and better queue management.
Issues caused by large message bodies while creating Google Sheets rows have also been resolved, reducing workflow failures during exports and automation tasks.

Access checks in universal search have been improved to ensure users only see results they have permission to access.

Data exports are now more reliable when handling large message bodies, especially in high-volume conversations.

This update introduces Spanish and Portuguese support, along with improvements to how you manage custom data and track API activity.
Periskope now supports Spanish and Portuguese, so your team can work in the language they’re most comfortable with. You can select your preferred language from Settings → Preferences.

The Custom Properties page has been redesigned to make it easier to view, manage, and update properties. Navigation is clearer, and common actions are more straightforward, so you can make changes faster.
API responses are now logged in a dedicated table. This makes it easier to track requests, debug issues, and monitor how your APIs are performing without relying on scattered logs.

We’ve upgraded our MCP server to enhance how tools work with your Knowledge Base. This makes them more capable and flexible.

You now have an AI assistant that knows your entire workspace. Your chats, tickets, tasks, labels, custom properties, knowledge base, everything.

Instead of clicking through screens to reassign tickets, update priorities, search for messages, or send private notes across multiple chats, you just tell it what you need. One instruction, done.
Simply access it by clicking the sparkle icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
Then just tell it what you need.
