You can now toggle between the standard list view and a Kanban view for tickets. Drag-and-drop tickets across statuses, priorities, labels and assignees
Notifications now have improved batching for new messages, reactions, tickets, chat assignment and reminders
We've now added a new webhook trigger to the list - Message Ticket Attached. You can subscribe to events whenever a message is attached to an existing ticket.

If you have responded to a query, you can now easily right click the message and add to FAQs. This will train the AI to respond to the same question in the future
New chats are now automatically assigned to the member creating the chat (to ensure they have access to it)
