Kanban view for tickets

You can now toggle between the standard list view and a Kanban view for tickets. Drag-and-drop tickets across statuses, priorities, labels and assignees


Revamped Notifications

Notifications now have improved batching for new messages, reactions, tickets, chat assignment and reminders


New Webhook and Zapier Trigger (Message Ticket Attached)

We've now added a new webhook trigger to the list - Message Ticket Attached. You can subscribe to events whenever a message is attached to an existing ticket.

Available on Zapier as well


Easy method Add to AI FAQs

If you have responded to a query, you can now easily right click the message and add to FAQs. This will train the AI to respond to the same question in the future


Bugs and improvements

  • New chats are now automatically assigned to the member creating the chat (to ensure they have access to it)

  • Improved search dropdown when setting conditions on rules

  • Fixed a bug on rendering numbers in some messages
