We are bringing two new updates to AI on Periskope

1. Image recognition by the AI agent

The Periskope AI agent can now analyze images and provide answers based on the visual input

For example, if the customer shares a screenshot of the issue they are facing, the AI will be able to guide them on that

Note: Images are not supported in FAQ training sets at the moment, but will be coming soon

2. Summarize chats with prompts

You can now analyze chats with custom questions - e.g. ask about sentiment, request detailed breakdowns, summarize specific numbers, etc.

Try it with questions like - “Give me the overall sentiment in this chat”. Or “Tell me the five most imp tasks to be done”
