How AI flagged messages work:

• Once a message is received on a WhatsApp group / 1:1 chat, Periskope AI checks if 1) the message is from "anyone external" and 2) if it is a "question or a query".

• If the two conditions are true, the AI automatically flags these messages

• Chats with AI flagged messages can be filtered from the dashboard by clicking on "Flagged messages"

How are messages unflagged / resolved:

AI flagged messages can be resolved in 3 ways:

• If any "internal" responds to a message either from Periskope or WhatsApp directly, the message is marked as resolved. You can mark a contact internal from the contacts screen

• If a ticket is created against that message, the message is marked as resolved.

• If you right click on the message and select "Unflag", the message is marked as resolved

• If you’d like, you can turn off AI flagged messages completely from Settings > Preferences
