Granular permissions for members on ticket management

Chat / Ticket Assignee Control

  • Admins can now restrict members from changing the chat or ticket assignee.

  • Members can still assign a chat or ticket if it currently has no assignee.

Ticket Deletion Control

  • Admins can now restrict ticket deletion for specific members.

  • You can configure these permissions in Settings → Member Permissions

View all tasks (across the org) as an admin

Admins can now view all tasks created across their entire team — making it easier to track and manage team productivity.
