Introducing AI Analytics, Chat Tracking & Smarter Exports

This week’s update introduces a new AI Analytics page, complete chat-level audit logs, and more flexible export capabilities, along with improvements across search, Org Assistant, and ticket APIs.

✅ AI Analytics Page

You now have a dedicated analytics page inside the AI section to track how your AI is performing. Go to AI → Analytics to:

  • Track how AI is responding across conversations

  • Monitor usage and activity at a system level

  • Analyze how AI interactions are distributed across chats

✅ Chat Audit Logs

You can now see a complete history of everything that happened in a chat.

Open any chat and go to the Audit Logs tab in the side panel to view a timestamped record of actions like assignments, label changes, and status updates.

✅ Export Chats by Last Message

Analytics exports now support grouping and filtering chats using the last message timestamp as a sort criterion.

Go to Analytics → Data Exports to group and filter chats based on the last message timestamp, use the new export type options, and schedule exports using the updated scheduling card UI.

🔧 A few important improvements

  • Universal Search now shows the latest message preview for each chat, making it faster to identify the right conversation

  • Org Assistant UI has been refactored with a cleaner layout and improved interaction flow across the drawer and sidebar

  • Ticket Management APIs have been extended with richer update capabilities and new type definitions, with the API client updated accordingly
