1. Phone Metrics

Stay on top of WhatsApp activity for each connected phone with these insights:

• Messages Sent: See how many messages each phone sends.

• Flagged Messages Responded To: Track how many customer queries are resolved, whether via Periskope or directly on WhatsApp.

• Average First Response Time: Measure how quickly your team responds to initial queries.

These metrics will help you monitor communication performance and keep your team running smoothly.

2. Chat-Level Metrics

• New Chats: Track how many new chats are initiated over a given time.
