With this feature, chats you’ve addressed are tucked away, but they’ll pop back into view if there’s a new message—ensuring you never miss anything important.

How It Works

When you close a chat, it’s hidden from your main view but not deleted. You can still find it under Closed Chats by using the Chat Status filter, the Inbox Icon, or the Search Bar.
If a new message arrives in a closed chat, it will automatically reappear in your inbox—so you never miss anything important while keeping your focus on active conversations.

How to Close a Chat:

1. Open the chat section in Periskope.

2. Right-click on the group or 1:1 chat you want to close.

3. Select Close Chat.
