You asked, we listened! Tasks & Reminders are finally here – one of our most requested features to help you stay on top of everything without leaving your chats.

Why This Is Helpful

We’ve all been there—you get an important message, mean to follow up later, and… it slips through the cracks. Or you need to remind yourself or your team about something, but there’s no easy way to track it.
That’s exactly what Tasks & Reminders solve. Now, you can turn messages into action items, set due dates, assign tasks to yourself or your team, and get notified exactly when you need to act.

How It Works

✅ Turn messages into tasks – Just right-click any message, create a task, pick a due date, and choose when you want to be reminded. No more scrolling through endless chats to find that one thing you needed to do.
✅ Create tasks manually – Not everything starts with a message. That’s why we’ve added a Tasks icon in the top right corner. Click it, add a task, set a due date, and stay on top of your work.
✅ Set reminders for your tasks – Need a nudge before the due date? You can set a custom reminder to get notified exactly when you need to take action—whether it’s hours, days, or even weeks in advance.
✅ Set personal or team tasks – Need to track something just for yourself? Or assign it to a teammate? You can create personal tasks to stay organised or assign team tasks to delegate effortlessly.
