Hi Everyone,

To help keep your inbox more organised and make following up easier, we’re excited to roll out the option to mark chats as unread!

You can now mark any chat as unread, so you can circle back to them later. Simply right-click on the chat, choose the "Mark as Unread" option, and your chat will be marked as unread again.

We hope this feature helps you prioritise important chats and easily come back to them when needed.
