Say hello to the all-new Custom Properties—redesigned to be more powerful, flexible, and easy to use. Whether you're tracking site visits, storing documents, or tagging preferences, this upgrade will save your team time and reduce clutter.

What’s New in Custom Properties

  • Sections for Clean Organization: Group related fields into clear sections so your team can quickly find what they need—no more endless scrolling.

  • Drag & Reorder Fields
    Need to prioritize certain fields? Just drag and drop to arrange them in the order that works for you.

  • Multi-select Fields
    Let agents select more than one option when needed—great for capturing multiple preferences or service types.

  • Dependent Dropdowns
    Create smarter forms with dropdowns that update based on other values (e.g., country → state → city).

  • Attach PDFs & Documents
    Upload important documents like invoices, IDs, or agreements directly to customer groups or chats.
